Is there a place where I can find free diet plans. I hesitate to use the word 'diet' but that is what they are called. I am so mad with myself now. My weight keeps going up - it seems like it goes up a pound a week. I know I can do better in the meal department - dinner particularly. I eat breakfast, or should I say brunch, which is usually between 300-500 calories. Snack, if I have it, is 100-200 calories (mainly some brand of shredded wheat), but then comes DINNER. My fam and I eat a lot of chicken, ground turkey, spaghetti, and rice. I personally like to bake french fries or tots(Ore-Ida) once or twice a week. I LOVE cheese! I also like mushrooms and onions, broccoli, and I'll tolerate collard and turnip greens. Maybe it is not so much the food but the portions - I don't know yet. I just know that something is not working. Also I try to work out for 30 minutes 3 times a week, but the intensity has changed some. I used to do Jillian Michaels A LOT, but I guess I have gotten bored, and while I still do her DVDs, I also get on the stationary bike, do free weights, and jog - those three are definitely not the intensity of JM.
