Yeah! A good weigh in this morning - lost 2 lbs from last week for a total of 6! Also did first monthly measurements and lost in all areas! This is so great it just encourages you to continue. Thanks for the welcome and support.

I started SP 4 weeks ago and thought it was time to say Hi. I am 65 and retired. Need to lose about 25-30 pounds. There is so much information and so many tracking options on this website it is wonderful. The recipe calculator is great. As Monday is my official weigh in day, I am looking forward to tomorrow morning and feeling optimistic.
