finding waist, being able to wear that belt on a tighter notch, clothes that fit or are loose....all these things are the best markers! Who really cares how much we weigh? It is how we look and feel that shows success...Well done

I have never in my entire life owned a waist... until today. I am the proud owner of a waist! You'd think I won the lotto judging by my reaction. I discovered it this morning in the hall mirror when I was getting ready for work wearing my birthday suit. And even though I was late for work, I took the time to do THE "Snoopy" dance (that's the one where you dance like a crazy person 'cause something really good happened to you). Now I wasn't able to blink in case I missed the two little indents, but I am determined to celebrate every little milestone possible because I know in my heart that SparkPeople will definitely endorse it. LOL.
