Yes!! You're not alone! I personally fluctuate up to 8lbs around that time of the month. It's just soooo glamerous being a woman!

I don't bloat too much, but I know many women do. I do gain weight though- once 7 pounds- and then back down later in the week! It's amazing!?

Many women tend to bloat or retain water before or even during their menstrual cycle. This is not unusual. I can easily gain or lose as much as 5-7 pounds. That's not a fat gain or loss. It's merely a temporary water fluctuation that passes in a few days.
If you tie your emotions to the scale and you know your weight goes up during TOM, then don't weigh yourself. Wait until after your cycle for your weigh in.
Remember, there is more to good health than a number that stares at us from between our toes in the morning.
not as badly since I get adjusted every two weeks. before my chiro i had the worst cramps and bloat and i packed on the water weight. That would be the week I wouldn't count my weight since I knew the reason for the gain.
