I practice once a week. I would love to do it more often, but I can't find a reasonably priced class that fits my schedule.

My yoga instructor practices every day, but she does vary her routine. If you're going to do yoga multiple times per week, vary your routine so that you aren't do the exact same poses each time. it's also good to vary the poses to challenge your muscles in different ways.

Namaste

I like to do it every day. Lucky I have a schedule right now that allows that.

Ideally for me, once a week...but realistically it's like 3x a year. lol.

If you enjoy it, it certainly isn't going to hurt! Yoga is a fantastic, low-impact exercise with benefits far beyond the flexibility training it provides. If you want to do it everyday, GO for it! I don't know if it's a "good" idea or not, but it's certainly NOT a bad one!

I've been practicing for a little while, and already it's really helped with my stiffness. Right now I do vinyasa yoga at least 3 times a week.

How often do you practice? Is it a good idea to start every day with some yoga?

:)
