I practice once a week. I would love to do it more often, but I can't find a reasonably priced class that fits my schedule.
My yoga instructor practices every day, but she does vary her routine. If you're going to do yoga multiple times per week, vary your routine so that you aren't do the exact same poses each time. it's also good to vary the poses to challenge your muscles in different ways.
