Hi. I've done a few rounds of Insanity and the only workouts you double up on in Month 2 are the Fit Test & Max Interval Circuit and Max Cardio & Cardio Abs. You can split them up, but it's definitely doable to do them together. The workouts are about 20 minutes longer, but as you know the Fit Test and Cardio Abs are pretty short.
Just some advice: do the Fit Test first before Max Interval Circuit and not the other way around because that workout is a beast!
Month 2 is definitely tougher, but you'll feel great when you finish--good luck!

Absolutely! Two-a-days are not just an Insanity thing. You can break exercise into 10 minute segments as long as you get your heart rate into the exercise zone (speaking in regards to pure cardio) and/or have time to properly warm up and cool down.
I'm currently on recovery week of insanity but next week month 2 begins. I have looked at the workout schedule and noticed that on some days there's 2 workouts. Just asking whether these workouts must be done together or can I split them in a.m and p.m workouts. Month 1 did have pure cardio and cardio abs on the same day and I did them together but month 2 workouts are longer so I was just wondering can I split the two.
