I like to cut up lots of raw vegetables for any time I know I'm going to want to do a lot of snacking. It can be anything you like-- carrots, celery, cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and grape tomatoes. I even like fresh raw green beans.

Here's the deal... I am good at controling my eating all day... until after dinner. Then I am always so hungry. There are days I can deal with it and then there are others (like last night) where I say forget it and find something else to eeat in the fridge. a bite of cake, an omlet (yes I made one last night trying to get myself full before eating too much bad stuff). So, my question to you all is... What foods do you find that are not high calorie but get you full where you don't feel like you need to eat more. I am thinking apples since they are high in fiber.. or oatmeal! Darn! I just thought of that one and I have some at home... should have gone that route! Oh well... just looking for other ideas. I'm making a store run on the way home from work so I don't have a repeat of last night and the way I tend to go is... I screw up ...I continue to screw up until next Monday! Gotta stop it here and now and get rid of that Halloween weight...
