Weaknesses are cake, biscuits etc if they get through the front door and the packet gets opened. Leftovers, as I can't bear to throw food away.
Conquered - so much better about what food comes into the house.

Weaknesses: Potato chips! Which is funny because I used to be able to take or leave them.
: Soda, Most candy just doesn't taste good anymore. Fried food...yuck!
Controlled: Cookies, I can eat 1 or 2 and be satisfied. Good chocolate like Lindt or Godiva, one or 2 pieces and I'm good. I do so much better at portion control then I used to. I can have anything I want as long as I only have 1 normal sized portion.
And that works for me! Except for potato chips...Sweet Maui Onion Chips by Poore Bros.....yum.....sigh....

Weakness: Cheezit cheese crackers !!! Completely avoid !!!! I love chocolate but I can deal with it because I can come up with substitutes that are satisfying. I started oven frying all of my fried foods and I found my system can deal with it better than anything deep fried.

Temptations: (1) Beer, especially dark beers like stouts and porters (2) chocolate candy of almost all kinds and brands (3) pizza (4) fatty meats like baby back ribs and beef prime rib (5) desserts like pumpkin pie with whipped topping and things like Little Debbies
Conquered: (1) processed meats like summer sausage and packaged beef jerky (I eat them but sparingly) (2) Cheeses (which I love with a passion) -- I usually eat low-fat or no-fat, and sparingly (3) carbonated beverages (other than beer, I drink almost no carbonated beverages) (4) pasta (which I love with a passion) -- I usually only eat 2-3 times a month (5) deep fried foods like shrimp, french fries, and onion rings -- I only eat them a couple of times a month instead of a few times a week.

I know that there are certain things I have trouble controlling myself with, and some that others find difficult to walk by that I can walk by without a second thought. And some areas where my portioning control has grown.
I Thought it would be fun to share and listen from others where they have grown and still struggle.
Strength (no temptation) - noodles/rice/potatoes Weakness (High temptation) - pizza (geesh I love that stuff) Growth area (controlled temptation) - Candy, I can now eat a couple pieces and by happy and enjoy it.
