I also weigh/measure all my food and record it in my nutrition tracker. To my knowledge, this isn't a specific diet. It's just a smart way to accurately count calories, which will help with weight loss (assuming you follow SparkPeople's recommendations).

Weight loss is about the amount of food that is eaten and the calories contained.
To know the exact amount you must either weigh or measure. Weighing is the most accurate. It is what we suggest here at Sparkpeople.

I weigh my food for each meal, but I don't consider it any special diet, it's just so I can accurately track my calories.

Hello to all who read this,
I have recently obtained a food scale and in the past I have heard of a diet plan the has to do with weighting your food a each meal.

If anyone has any info on this or a name of a diet like the one I described I would really appreciate it.
