you can create manually create fat as a custom food with 1 gram fat per serving, then just enter in how many grams from your other tracking. then do that for carbs and protein and any other nutrients you want to track here.

I thought that might be the case. Can I just manually enter my calorie and macronutrients counts?

Are you using another site to log your food? Typically you can't import the data from somewhere else into your tracker here.

I am new to spark and excited to join others with similar goals. I wondered if anyone could tell me or direct me to the right for a question about food logging. I have logged my food for years and love my current logging program. Is there any way to use my current program and import the data into spark? I am finding the spark food logging system to be not as user friendly. Thanks
