If you have a I Phone or equivialnt, there is a SP app that works superbly. You can do it as you go through your day and it will transfer automatically into your Nutrition page within SP on your computer.

I know this is not low tech, but it is simple and so far, totally accurate and easy to use. I also dowloaded a pedometer app that not only measures your total steps, cals, etc. but will show you a map of your walk.

I have a Mead 5-star notebook. Its about 5x7, has a plastic-material to the cover (so doesn't tear) and pockets inside. Pockets are handy for lots of little things. :) Plus there is an elastic loop on the outside for holding a pen. Works very well for me!

I like to keep things low-tech. I like the sparkpeople daily nutrition tracker I got as a bonus w/my sparkbook (the PDF). I can't get this to shrink to a size that I can print to a more mobile size, like a small notebook or like the size of a Weight Watchers 3 month tracker.

Any ideas on sizing? or journal suggestions?

I think I'm crossing over and being 100% Sparkpeople and getting on the sparkpeople live too. But I'd really like a journal from sparkpeople
