Hi everyone :) This is my first post.
I'm recently divorced and entering a new relationship with a great guy. I thought when we first met that our lifestyles were similar, but it turns out he is a "when it happens it happens" workout person and when it comes to food, doesnt have a CLUE.. just good genes.
Now we are spending a lot more time together, which is great, but I'm not happy with how its been affecting my lifestyle. I plan my workouts every day, with purpose and specific focus and goals, and I plan every meal and only shop for what I need, not because it looks good or because its on sale. This is how I have been successful and its how I choose to live.
How do I continue to develop this relationship and hold on to those ideals?
