Thanks :)

I really like the tracker here at SP for tracking my calories/carbs/ect and I like the menu suggestions but is there a way to track the number of exchanges ?

One exchange is usually around 15 grams of carbs. So if you don't find an on-line calculator you can use that well, you can figure from that. Thus, 45 grams would be 3 exchanges.

I am looking for the same type calculator. My program is based only on exchanges.

I'm looking for a calculator that will give me the diabetic/diatetic exchange if I enter the nutritional information. Does anyone have a link to one?

Thanks
