Lol, kidding. I'm kinda new here, kinda not. This is actually my third attempt...or is fourth...at losing weight. The first time I used SparkPeople with my sister, and we both lost about 20 pounds. We gained it back, but whenever I decide to give it another try, I make sure that I get involved with SparkPeople. This is a wonderful community with so many great resources! I need to lose about 170 pounds. Started yesterday, had a great day, and I'm hoping to have that same success today!
