Good for you! I also find that it is helpful to plan ahead, and know what I am going to eat early in the day. That way if I want a special treat, I know how many calories to save for it or what I can allow myself to eat.

I knew I was going to have to eat out today so I planned for it in my food tracker. Unfotunatly they no longer served that item (it was on their web site). What should I do?! Everything else was to high in callorie or I didn't like it. I left and went to Subway and had the roasted chicken. WooHoo I made a good decision for me!!
