We arrived safely. Didn't eat healthy in route, but didn't over eat junk, either. Took a very long walk this morning at sunrise.

Me too! Heading to our home in the Bahamas. All of kids and family are coming. Ten days out my regular routine.

Today starts the Memorial Day Weekend for me. This means getting together with friends and family. It also is the beginning of graduation parties that have plenty of food and libations. I will need will power to watch my food intake and make sure I schedule time for my workouts. Yikes!! emoticon
