I'm back at Spark, yet again, and this time after a full year of good budgeting with Dave, and it's really true how similar the two are
with the money, knowing how much income you have to spend, making a budget/plan for it, and then following that plan, and if you do, you'll have the results you planned for, at least eventually, with little bumps along the way, of course.
likewise with the food, and especially with the spark food tracker & daily report tool, it is so super easy to make a plan for the calories you know are what you need to stay within, based on however you decided that and came to pick that particular number, then plan your food, and you can even enter foods first, check how that affects your pie graph (for fats/carb/protein), and then make adjustments to your eating plan before you eat.
plan the work, and work the plan, to achieve your goals.

today's a good day, feeling very positive and hopeful, and it's nice to see the sun outside for the first time in a week, as well!
