The food off the SparkPeople menu will likely have more fibre and protein than what you were eating in the past. Both fibre and protein can help to fill you up, and take longer to digest so you feel fuller for a longer period of time. It's good that you are eating within your range.

TY! But is it ok to be stuffing myself? I know not having enough calories is a big deal as well. And considering I just went from 3000 calories a day to 1500 I assume I'd better get all 1500 in me.

That's good that you're trying to eat everything on the menu for the day. That will really make this SP system really work. That's one of the real keys! Good luck! emoticon

I find it very humorous that b4 I started here I ate LESS than the menu offers yet now that I'm on a DIET and cannot even eat all on a daily menu I think I'm starving. I'm learning it's filling my time so I don't eat out if boredom.
