Through 7/20 to 7/726
I have in and out of home health aide taking care of elders...Some experience...I watch what I ate and did very little exercise. I brought dumb bells with me.
Try to work out when patient goes to sleep. That is the best time for me to settle down. I fast couple days just with water and had some nuts. I am tired of them. My weight is 180lbs. Before the summer is over I want to get down to 170lbs. hopefully. Today I came home and have to do housework and laundry.
It is good to be home. Life goes on! I workout today about 3 hours and some strength training. I want to use jump rope have to take an easy on my left leg (sprained muscle). Slowly healing which is good!
I used jump rope to hop on my right foot!
Tonight will do some more of strength training and barbells. Also use dvd about leslie Sansome Walk-fit about 30 minutes. Got to stay busy is the way to keep your weight down. Don't kill yourself!

Got to keep moving!! workout, workout is the only way to keep your weight down. On hot days is easy to sit back and watch t.v. - because the weather is too hot to do anything. Well I am going to push myself into exercise mode that is all to it. I like to keep myself busy anyway.
Drink a lot water. Water is my best friend. Keep my body at cool temperature, clear toxin of internal organs, skin, and your hair. I feel good when drink lot of water instead other drinks.

greek yogurt w/blueberries
hot peppered sauce
Will workout some this evening:
Tomorrow is weigh-in
Drink water everyday.
Size reduction and clothes that fit better make feel great.
Hard work and perseverance have paid off in reaching my first real goal and it feels great.

Hello my name is Audrey
I have joined SP group since February. I believe God send SP to me. I went to BJ's (store) I saw pretty orange book which has caught my attention. Of course it was call THE SPARK!!I read little about people's success of weight loss. Next day I logged on to SPARK PEOPLE and I have been on every since.
1. My weight was 208 lbs. feeling bloated and miserable most of the time.
2. Bad habits eating too late at night/then to bed.
3. Would not have breakfast but I'm starving!
4. I am lifetime membership at the gym - that's good!
but I dread going to the gym and did not workout too much.
5.Watch late movies and have ice cream and cake.
6.Eat too much junk!!
7. If want to lose weight, would use fad diets.
Or course that doesn't work gain all the weight back.
8. Most of the time, I am stress.
1. Lost 23 lbs. my weight is 185 lbs. HAPPY!!
2.Stop eating late at night. (Cold Turkey)
3.I have breakfast daily and daily logged my nutrition tracker.
4.I love going to the gym - meet nice people.
If I do not go, I feel little sad.
5.,Sometimes still watch late movies - by working out little and drinks lots of water or herbal teas.
6. Cut out sweets a lot, no sodas, just have granola bars, or oatmeal cookies.
7. No fad diets - just eating healthy. Diets do not last long. Eating healthy is a lifetime commitment.
8.Since I have changed my ways and eating habits, I am very happy and less stress able to deal with it.
Also God is in control in my life and takes care of my needs.
Today: 6/26 I did not go to the gym, because had to take care of tenants apartment. That is okay,
Going to workout at home.
1. Using weights.
2. Jumping rope.
3. Stair steps. ( while watching the t.v.)

Salmon burger with romaine lettuce.
4 pc. Oatmeal cookies,
Water, Water, Water is very important for your body, especially workout. Need to stay hydrate.
