New to the message boards here...and new to T25! (haven't started as I am waiting on my CD's to arrive (tick/tock)......... curious to know how your results are from Alpha... I am desperate to start connecting with ANYONE through this process! I moved and am away from all my peers and have no REAL support team in place to help motivate & hold me accountable. Would love to hear what has worked for you guys... what didn't work... what you're doing now...and your results.
Thanks for taking the time (hopefully) to respond :)

Started Day one of T25 focus alpha workout dvds. It sure does feel good getting back into the swing of things. Excited about seeing the results,

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

New here to this board - started T25 on Monday with my daughter. Third day in - a little sore. Meal plan is not bad. I, too, am no spring chicken - mid 50's but as you said, Elvisdog, determined to loose the flab!! Good to see people here in the same boat - let's rock it together!! :)

Just got my focus t25, starting tomorrow :) Gypsy, I'm no young chick either! 50's and a knee replacement, but I'm determined to finally get rid of this flab!

GFFG.... Live and love

I just finished the Alpha stage. I'm down 12.3 pounds and a total of 13.75 inches overall. Alas, I still don't look ripped after all, I still have over 40 pounds to lose. lol

I'll confess that I only use T25 about 2-3x a week and do other high intensity workouts for 25 minutes the other 3-4 workouts (just trying to prove that any HIIT workout will work for 25 minutes). Unfortunately, T25 is so high impact that my joints hurt, so I do a lot of HIIT that aren't quite as high impact. When I do the modifications for T25, then my heart rate never goes up which sort of defeats the purpose.

So, while I'm not a major fan of T25 itself, Shakeology is the best stuff ever. I've been making protein smoothies for weekday breakfasts for...5 or 6 years and I love them. However, until Shakeology, nothing could help me overcome some of the my worst cravings throughout the day. Or if I was super hungry by lunch time, I'd always cave in and buy a "bad" lunch instead of the healthy lunch I'd packed. Not true now. Even on pizza day, I don't have to have a mental knock down drag out fight with myself to resist. Whatever crack is in this's worth it (and if it's all a placebo, I'm good with that too, just don't tell me--let me keep believing!)! LOL

Sean is adorable, but I still prefer Bob and Jillian (TBL workouts, but their own brands).

Good luck everyone.

Hi Guys, I jut got my T25 Package and will be starting on Monday with the challenge Shaun T is doing. I am excited to get back to a program. I did 30 day shred and got great results, so I am looking forward to trying this program out. Friend me and we can support each other.

Hi! I'm on the second week of T25. The ultra low-cal plan you're talking about is the 5-day Fast Track (meant more as a jump start). Then there's another booklet with more meals for 1500 or 1600 cals (depending on male or female).

I think you're safe just following SP. Shaun T rightly recommends that the food you choose be full of nutrients and "clean."

I'm basically doing only doing 3 days of T25 and 2-3 days of my own interval training (for 25-30 minutes). Proving that it's not just T25--any HIIT workout and healthy eating plan will work. Oh, and I do have to modifications for some of the lateral hopping moves--hurts my well as any wrist bearing positions like plank and downward dog.

Last week I lost 6 inches overall and 5.8 pounds. I don't weigh or measure until Saturday (but I peeked at the scale yesterday) and had already lost 2 pounds so far this week. I don't anticipate such big numbers this week as my body adapts to lower calories and the exercise.

Good luck!

So far I've done Speed 1.0, Total Body, and Abs.... I'm already seeing a difference in my arms and my stomach being less jiggly. I'm sore, but not so sore that I can't move like some programs (like 30 Day Shred) because he shows you how to stretch really well.

Omg, I did Total Body Circuit yesterday and it about killed me!!! I haven't thrown myself full force into the schedule, but I hope to jump right in after my vacation next week. I liked the Cardio a lot, but haven't done any of the others.

Hang in there....

Starting weight: 1/1/15 - 183.8 lbs

First goal: 5/10/15 - 165 lbs

Final goal: 10/1/15 - 145 lbs

I'm on day 3 of Alpha and already have a love/hate relationship with it. I borrowed the videos, so didn't have a meal plan. Does anyone on here use the meal plan or just use SP? I heard that the included plan is pretty low calorie for how hard you work
