I tried these today and had a problem with them. I did forget to smash them down, but got them down finally. When they were completely cooked, though, they completely fell apart. I used Truvia in place of sugar, but I know that someone else did that with no problems. I had Kroger Natural Peanut Butter, but it was pretty runny even after mixing it and even spilling at least 1/4 of the oil from the top. Do others have that problem and how do you fix it? I did add a teaspoon of vanilla as that is what a friend's recipe called for (everything else she had was the same). Do I need something like the peanut butter you make in the health food stores for that to work? I would really like these for low carb protein snacks.
