Teva's are very comfortable... I believe it is the cloth strap and the foam sole that is ideal. I used to have a pair from PacSun I used to love with the same traits.

how could I forget - good old Dr. Scholl's. The ORIGINAL toning shoe. I still love my wooden Dr. Scholl's sandals. Wear them all the time!

I used to wear them all the time, but need better support now.

My kids grew up in Florida and have "lived" in flip flops. There are several good ones. Reefs, Rainbows, and Sanuks are all better than the average flip flop as far as support goes.

I have some Sperry flip flops that I love! I have had them for 3 years now and it's about time for a new pair.

Flip flops don't provide enough support for your arches. Spend the extra $$ and get a good quality pair that offers support. The athletic companies have been putting out some lately that are comfy & stylish. (Nike, Saucony, Addidas)
Love getting my toes out after a long winter!

as long as my toes are done, love them! LOL but I do change it up in the summer because they really aren't good for you.

Sanuk brand, bought at the Flip Flop outlet store in Grapevine, Texas. Most comfortable flip flops I've ever worn, and I'm in my 60's. But I don't wear them when walking for exercise.

I wear these super comfy black leather flip flops. They're Clark's. They were about $50.00 but I've had them for over 5 years so they're well worth the money. Not to mention I wear them almost on a daily basis.

I just don't like to wear the cheap walmart ones. I like the ones that have a little bit of thicker sole

For comfort - Nike, otherwise I just buy the Old Navy ones....I LOVE FLIP FLOPS. We had a few nice days and I got to wear them but we are covered in ice and snow here

I usually just wear cheap ones from Walmart during the summer. The cute ones I have are expensive--Birkenstock flip flops...

Never wear them so don't know. Have seen some cute ones, though.

I'm a sensible shoe sort of girl, I need that extra support since my accident and knee surgery. I tend to go with Merril's, although have had luck with some of the Sketcher's.....

I have some Timberland's and some Bass sandals that I love. They are pricier than standard flip flops, but well worth it. And they last for years.

most athletic shoe companies now make sandals too.

if you have an outlet mall near by, check there.

I don't wear them because they are bad for your feet. When I did they hurt between my toes.

I used to love flip flops....

But then my Mom started having issues with her feet and now has permanent tendon damage and her ankles swell and she has trouble walking after a while. All because of the standard flip flop....

Pick a Birkenstock, Birkie or Betula sandal (or other orthopedic sandels). Leave the flip flops for the short jaunt between your chair and the pool. Your feet and ankles will thank you later. emoticon

I'm a big fan of the flip flops from LLBean (if you're not going for high fashion, just your basic flippy). The soles are really comfy and last forever
