Do you notice this with:
1. more of the gas producing veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, onions, garlic, etc.
2. lentils, legumes, (kidney beans, pinto, navy, garbanzo, etc)
3. check for sugar alcohols in diet gums, diet candy, diet bars and diet shakes. Sugar alcohols are poorly digested and can produce gas
4. slow down when eating, chew slowly. don't talk with mouth full. don't suck in air while eating, don't use straw to drink beverages, etc.
