Oh thank you! I dont eat diet gum or anything in line 3. But I do gobble fast so I will slow down.

Do you notice this with:
1. more of the gas producing veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, onions, garlic, etc.
2. lentils, legumes, (kidney beans, pinto, navy, garbanzo, etc)
3. check for sugar alcohols in diet gums, diet candy, diet bars and diet shakes. Sugar alcohols are poorly digested and can produce gas
4. slow down when eating, chew slowly. don't talk with mouth full. don't suck in air while eating, don't use straw to drink beverages, etc.

been vegan raw for over a year. Glad to say I don't have that problem.

I know, right!? I have that issue too. I don't have a good answer. I think some of my issue is broccoli which I love. I think cucumbers maybe too do it to me. Glad I am not alone though!

Sooooo eating healthy is great! Except the gas!...... Anyone else have this issue? Maybe Im eating the wrong combos, or too much of certain things...
