I may be no help to you at all with this suggestion, because I'm not sure if you're looking to make the dough from scratch, but I made delicious flat read on the BBQ grill once using the Pillsbury pizza dough in the can. Just roll it out and brush with olive oil, and season it with fresh herbs like basil, oregano, parsley, minced garlic. I threw it on the grill on medium heat until it browned on one side then turned it over and did the other. It was really good with grilled chicken and taziki sauce.

I tried posting this in the recipe suggestions section, but apparently no one reads that board, so I thought I'd try here.

I'm looking for a flat bread recipe. I think what I'm after is pocketless pita? I want a soft bread, preferably slightly sweet (but I can modify if I've got a good place to start), and not all bubbled up.

If you've ever been to an Olga's, I'm really after something like their Olga Bread.

Any help to get me pointed in the right direction is really appreciated! I've tried digging through recipes on Spark Recipes, but it's hard to tell what the bread will be like from just the ingredients list.
