You will see nothing but success if you use the Nutrition Tracker the way it is designed and do 30 minutes cardio and 10 minutes strength training at least 5 days a week. You cannot fail with that formula. Period. And Sparkpeople makes it all possible without charging a red cent. Miraculous.

Good for you. Aim for .5 to 2 lbs per week and you will be right on target.

I started last week and went up 1 pound. But today I'm down 5 pounds from that! Yay! It's the first loss I've had in a long time. I know it's mostly water weight, but I'm happy to see it. Now a nice steady loss would be nice. :)
