I'm with PAPAMIKIE. What are they getting paid for? But - I think you should be ok walking until you talk to your doctor. Some easy stretches.

Seems to me your chiropractor should be able to give you a program both for fitness and to work on your back.

I have had back pain in my lower lateral left ribs for a week now. I'm in the care of a chiropractor and am going to my traditional doctor on Monday just to be safe. Are there any exercises you can think of that won't agitate my back. I hate not being able to work out! I'm a fitness junkie!
