Thanks for all the suggestions! Anitabee88 I agree there definitely need to be videos geared toward older folks that are a bit less aggressive on the knees.

I need a fitness video that has more than 3 levels but not as challenging or rough on the body as P90X and Insanity. Someone needs to make it right for us 40 yo! My friend said look at youtube videos

The DVDs from Jillian Michaels are cardio workouts, the weights used are not challenging enough to be considered strength workouts.

It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.

I said getting fit was simple, I did not say it was easy.

Cardio burns calories, strength work burns fat.

Eat well to lose weight, exercise to get fit

I do Jillian Michaels ripped in 30, it is similar to 30 day shred and I track it as circuit training.

I would track the 30 day shred as circuit training. Dance aerobic videos, I track as low or high impact aerobics, depending on how much jumping there is.

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

How you track fitness minutes/strength training for videos like the "30 day shred"? Do you make your own grouping for each exercise type?
