I would add a bodyweight squat or wall sit to the list and substitute a plank for the crunches.

How do you do a fitness test/assessment? What are the best exercises to gauge your strength, stamina & flexibility? what are some exercise for someone w/ bad knees & gets sore back kinda easily.
