Hi Jen. Just in time lol. I just bought a fitbit and was told it could sync with SP...would you please tell me how to do that?

If you click on "Fitness Setup" next to the date on your fitness tracker you can customize your fitness plan using a number of different measures (cardio, strength training, mileage).

You can also join one of the challenges such as 28 day Bootcamp or Spring into Shape. The challenges give you daily workouts.

Is there a way to create a fitness plan in the same way you can with menus? I cannot find anywhere within the tracker to be able to do this.
