Hooray for you! My suggestion is start slow, do something you like, make it fun, and use the tracker because it's so gratifying to see those minutes pile up! That becomes a big encouragement and motivator.

I use my elliptical for 100 min. Then I use a 12 lb weight and work all my upper body and lower muscles doing lunges, squats, etc, I then do a vareity abdominal exercises as well as work the and obliques. Great job! Remember to start off slow and slowly work your way when you know you're ready for it. Walking is the best place to start and hopefully weather starts to get better soon so you can take advantage of that as well :)
