Hooray for you! My suggestion is start slow, do something you like, make it fun, and use the tracker because it's so gratifying to see those minutes pile up! That becomes a big encouragement and motivator.

I use my elliptical for 100 min. Then I use a 12 lb weight and work all my upper body and lower muscles doing lunges, squats, etc, I then do a vareity abdominal exercises as well as work the and obliques. I dohey start to be my favorites. a hodge podge of exercises learned from all the SP videos. I try to do the ones I hate the most and over time t

Great job! Remember to start off slow and slowly work your way when you know you're ready for it. Walking is the best place to start and hopefully weather starts to get better soon so you can take advantage of that as well :)

I have been released to start exercise! Am so excited!! Will walk a bit (10min) tomorrow and do stretches.
