I am getting the hang of it now I managed the fitness minutes this week. If I couldn't do it in morning I managed it in evening. If I couldn't do heavy exercise I walked I am so happy and pleased with myself. No weight loss this week but I measured myself and have lost an inch on hips and half inch on my arms wooohooooo
