I have to have a pair of padded fingerless gloves. The weights my gym uses has this rough texture that's excruciating on my skin, so I need them to ensure my hands don't hurt. It also keeps sweaty palms from slipping on the weights.
I do love my Forerunner 110- being able to log my runs/rides so accurately is awesome!
I also will not wear plain cotton shirts anymore. Every time I do I feel like I'm soaking in my sweat, so I always wear moisture-wicking shirts.

I saw the running gear thread, but this opens it up no matter what activity you do.
My go-to fitness gear, since I am a runner, is my iPod Mini (old), my Garmin Forerunner 10, a good pair of running shoes, a good sports bra, and wicking fabric for my shirt and shorts. I also have my Green Lantern water glass for when I'm done.
