This is a great site to do just that. I didn't have a large amount of weight to loose, enough, but more so than loosing weight, I wanted to get fit, be strong and challenge myself. I have done that and I will continue to do that.

I lost my energy. So, I'm trying to regain my fitness and energy. My current weight is 152 lbs, and I'm at 5'8" tall, so I want to focus more on the consistency of my workouts. I'm not sure what an ideal weight would be for my height. A friend recommended Sparkpeople, so here I am.
