Thank you but no, it doesn't really help.

There is a button that says Print Cardio Tracked - this is helpful.
It would be great if there was a button that says Print Strength Training.

Oh well, I still love the site. This is the only thing that frustrates me. I will have to figure out a way to work around it.

If you scroll to the bottom of your tracker and click Print Fitness Plan, that will include strength exercises.

Does that help?

The one problem I have is not being able to print a report of all the exercise I've done that day. I can print a Cardio report but there's no report that includes cardio and weight training. Is there?

If there is a way please share this with me. I like to be able to print out my reports and keep them in a notebook.
