It doesn't always change your range. Especially if you've set a more aggressive weight loss goal (closer ot 2 lb/wk), it will take a very large change in your calories burned to make your calorie range go up.

Thanks for your responses. I put my exercises into the activity tracker but my calories in the nutrition tracker still stay the same. 1,200-1,400 a day. Am I missing something??

I have the opposite problem. I just started exercising and now with my updated calories I'm gaining on the days I don't workout and just barely losing or maintaining on the days I do. I don't want to eat below my range, but I don't want to just gain either.

The previous poster is correct. As long as your calories burned goal reflects the amount of exercise you're doing, you should be fine to eat in the calorie range that SP suggests. If it doesn't, you'll want to update that info b/c it may or may not change your recommended calorie range.

If I am not mistaken, unless you put your fitness goals into the fitness tracker it does not account for them....once you put the your information into the fitness tracker, you should see the calories for that day go up in your fitness tracker.

Hello

I was wondering if my allotted daily calories takes into account the exercise that I do. Right now my calorie goal is 1200 to 1400 a day. I usually burn 300 calories a day when I work out. 900 calories is really low but I wasn't sure if I should be thinking about it that way. This is my third week tracking and I have only lost 1 lb. I'm worried that I'm not eating enough calories.
