Have you tracked anything today? I just checked, and it says "0" fitness entries for today in the Quick Track box on your Start page. If you did track something, do you see it in that box? (It needs to be in that box at the very bottom left, not on your Fitness Tracker.) If so, what does it say?

Yes, Coach Jen. I always use the orange box on the left of my Start Page. Up until New Year's Day (when I updated my goals for the year), my entries in that orange box appeared in the graphs. After New Year's ... the minutes total and appear in white on the right hand side of the page where it list the accumulation for the week, month, and year ... but the graphs
remain empty.

I took a few days off over the 4th of July weekend ... but I have been exercising and tracking in the orange Quick Track section almost daily all year.

Thanks again,

55 minutes speed intervals on the treadmill burned 2.38 calories and got in 2.62 miles

I looked at your account for the past 5-6 days, and don't see any Quick Track fitness minutes. Are you tracking those in the orange box at the bottom left of your Start page? When you scroll down to that box for today, do you see a number next to the fitness minutes entry?

No, SPARK_Coach_Jen ... I Quick Track my fitness minutes daily. The minutes add up on the right side of the page where it lists how many minutes I have done each week, each month, and each year ... but I that is the only place they seem to be recorded. The graph stays empty and I can't retrieve my previous entries.

Before updating my goals at New Year's, the graph of my fitness minutes would accumulate and show those minutes.

Thank you for checking on it.

Thanks so much for your help Jen! (I thought maybe I entered that 1 minute of exercise by mistake - haha!)

Hi Susan

I'm not sure what was going wrong, but when we tested it and just added 1 minute to your quick tracker, that graph showed up again. Let me know if you have any further problems.

ONLINEASLLOU: I already see all 3 graphs on your page; although there are no entries for anything but water in terms of what you appear to have actually tracked. So I am hoping that means you did not use QuickTrack to enter past fitness or veggies.

It's BACK!! I didn't change anything, but the fitness minutes graph is back. YAY! Thanks Jen! emoticon

ONLINEASLLOU - I hope it works for you now too.

Cheers,
Susan

I've asked our Tech staff to look into it further. I'll let you know what they find.

I'm going to be following this thread in the hopes of getting an answer to the same problem. I got graphs for all of my goals (including fitness minutes) up until New Year's Day. On that day, I updated all of my goals for the new year -- and the fitness minutes graph disappeared, never to be seen again. I've tried to get it back, but haven't been able to figure out how to do that.

Good luck to you (and me).

Yes, I've been tracking fitness minutes for the last month (within period at top of the report). Also, I never track fruits and vegetables, but the empty bar graph used to always show up.

I asked this question in the site/technical help message board as well. Either they didn't understand my question or didn't know how to fix it.

So frustrating. :(

Hi Susan

Have you been tracking fitness minutes for the time period at the top of the report? My only thought is that if there's no data for that time period, that graph won't appear.

I really love the QuickTrack system for recording my fitness minutes, but I have a problem.
When I click "view progress" under the QuickTrack, I used to see THREE bar graphs (water, fruits and veggies, and fitness minutes). Now I only see ONE bar graph (water). I really want to get my fitness minutes bar graph back. Any idea how I do so? The quick track system isn't as valuable to me if I can't see my progress.

Thanks.
