Only little ones, but they are important to me.
Yesterday, I rowed for a whole five minutes without stopping or slowing down, and today I managed 10 full press ups in a row. This may not seem much like much, but I'm really stocked about it because I'm trying to boost my upper body strength and these are HUGE mile stones to me!
