Yes, it is double counting some of those, but you can do like MLAN613 mentioned and delete the fitbit entry from your Fitness Tracker.

I have a BodyMedia, which is similar to FitBit. Since my SP and BodyMedia accounts are connected, my BodyMedia activity minutes will show up in my fitness tracker. I delete the BodyMedia addition as it counts all activity above a certain amount of Mets. I only want credit for intentional exercise. So, to answer your question, yes it's probably being counted twice.

I was given a friend's used Fitbit and just started using it yesterday and linked it with my SP fitness tracker. This morning, I worked out for an hour on cardio machines at the gym and it looks like when I entered what I did as I usually do, it appears to be counting those burned calories twice. Is it?
