I've had mine for 3 years and can't go a day without it! It's definitely my favorite electronic device!

I just got mine a week ago, and I don't go anywhere without it. It can become addicting. I just clip it to my bra (or on my wrist while sleeping) and off I go.

a Fitbit is a turbocharged pedometer that can measure not only how many steps you cover in a day, but how many stairs you climb (elevation), calories burned, distance traveled, etc... It's a tool many SP members use to help them be a bit more active through the day.
