Wonderful news! From what I've heard, their customer service is great.

I think it's worth it to get another one! I love my FitBit. You can go to Best Buy and it'll be the same price and for $10 more get the accident protection that way if it were to happen again it'd be replaced for free:)

Good job on getting closer to your goals!

I accidentally put my Fitbit One in the wash and it's no longer working. I'm wondering if it was the best choice of me and really can't afford $100 to replace it. Can I get some feedback on if I should get a HRM or invest in the Fitbit Zip (at $60 rather than $100) to replace my One?

I only have 10 more pounds to go in my weight loss journey to get to goal but am really concentrating on my exercise program and want to get the most out of my walks and strength training.
