There are two different options for calculating your SparkPeople calorie range. The one you're referring to will change your calorie range based on how much exercise you track. Here's an article that gives more detail on that method:

I use a fitbit and love it. Someone suggested to me that the activity I add up in fitbit could recalculate the calories I am allotted in Sparkpeople. Her comment reminded me of how you get more calories in Weight Watchers if you do more activity. I haven't noticed SparkPeople automatically recalculating my calories for activity but just in case... does anyone know for sure?
