I love my Fitbit and it inspires me to do more!

You can also edit the "Fitbit Entry" and change it over to whatever actual exercise you did if you prefer.

I don't log extra with my fitbit. There will be an entry at the bottom called fitbit entry and it will be your workout calories/time. if you don't want to use that and track the activity yourself just delete it. I mainly use it for steps and inspiration to get my 10 petals. the fields at the top don't affect your calories. Hope this helps

Ok I am confused am I suppose to log my activity if I am wearing the fitbit? I just want to make sure I am not double counting my steps. Thanks.

Link it to your computer-- the directions on the fitbit are pretty good.
Link it here. put it on and start walking.

For the past three workouts on my rebounder, I got my 10 petals. I love getting my petals.
