I just got the Fitbit One and wear it religiously. It is a pretty cool shiny toy. It is motivating to see your steps and how many calories you are burning in a day and how your activity affects the calories you can take in in a day. And for whatever reason, my favorite thing to track is my sleep -- I don't know why it is just cool to see how many times I wake up in the night.
I chose the One over the Flex because it tracks floors climbed and I chose both of those over the Zip because they track sleep and are rechargeable.
It is really motivating me to stay on track with tracking my food and making me want to be more active in my everyday life. And I need that because I have a desk job and am fairly sedentary at work.
I have heart rate monitor for when I really want to see how many calories I am burning when I am doing an activity/keep track of my running route. So if that is your goal, I would go that route.
Oh, and I bought mine from Ebay and saved like $25.
Hi all, I'm considering purchasing a FitBit but wanted some feedback from people who use or have used it. Do you love it, hate, recommend it or not? FitBit One versus FitBit Flex? Any feedback that anyone has would be greatly appreicated. Thanks in advance! Kristi
