I take fish oil daily. Not for weight loss, but it does help me feel energized and focused.. That helps me lose wieght indirectly, because I am more focused at work and home, so I can carve out time for my work outs and meal planning. I notice a discernable difference in my thinking when I take them versus not..

Weight loss is about burning more calories than you consume. There are no shortcuts, pills, nor supplements that will make this happen faster. Some things will claim to, but in the end, even prescription drug meds like Alli work to cut calories. So I wouldn't bother looking for a pill to accomplish your goals; they don't work, and at any rate, don't address the source of your problems (overeating) so when you stop, you tend to gain the weight right back.

Not directly...there are many healthy benefits to fish oil, but direct weight loss isn't one of them.
