That is great on the weight lose and staying on track. We all have days we all slip but don't let that stop you.

So It's been almost two weeks. I started eating better on 4/8 and tried as hard as I could to make the right choices every day. I also tried to make sure I had my 8 cups of water each day. I lost some momentum at the end of the two weeks, not drinking as much water as I should and making a couple of small bad decisions but overall I'm very happy with the choices I made this last 12 days. I'm definitely not letting a couple bad choices ruin the successes I've had. After all, I quit fast food cold turkey as well as soda so as opposed to have it two or three times a day (I used to live solely off of fast food), I have proudly only had it once in the last 12 days.

Anyway, today is my first weigh in. and here we go:

SW: 362
CW: 353.4

so I'm 8.6 pounds less of the man I no longer want to be. Here's to good decisions! Good luck to all of you in your weight loss.
