I was so excited to see the scale at work say 158! I never thought I'd be happy to see that number, but I guess I had to start somewhere, and even my boss was proud of me. Since he told me a few weeks ago that I had to lose, I've been following a spark plan, my first 2 weeks went well with the diet, but these next two, I've been kicking up the cardio, and I saw a personal trainer. I had to switch up my nutrition a bit to accommodate what my body needed for the new fitness plan, and I'll see these next two weeks how that has helped. I can't wait to see!
