Thanks. Yes I am following to the letter. Logging everything, drinking water and getting at least 20 min of exercise every day. I even spent yesterday frying chicken for buffalo bites for my kids ALL STAR GAME PARTY and did not even have a taste of them.... My oldest son lost 8 pounds.
