I've been at this for about a week now.

I feel more energetic already, my skin and hair look healthier and I'm finding that I don't crave certain things as much as I did just a week or two ago.

Also, apparently I'm down 2.5lbs in the last 5 days. I don't know where this came from, because I've only exercised twice and I'm nowhere near starving myself!! Maybe water weight is coming off of me because I'm drinking more water and probably eating less sodium?

Whatever, I'm happy. I want to shout from the rooftops that I feel great already, and I still have some serious poundage to lose!!
