Thank you! All the other times were just spur of the moments workouts, This time i have a plan on nutrition and exercise. I know what I should and shouldn't be doing and it feels real this time. I have started with the motivation of NOT giving up until I hit my goal, this is it. I am done weighing this much. I'm going to lose weight and get healthy and be happy with my appearance and have the energy to run around the block simply bc my kids feel like it! :)

Super excited. So I started off only eating once a day skipping breakfast and lunch. So i started by having a slimfast shake for the meals i normally skipping and from that alone i lost 7 lbs and i started a weight program through our clinic today and completed my first workout, and viola I was at 189, started at 198. Granted I do flunctuate alot, Im still super excited by seeing it peek-a-boo for the first time in years, bc its hidden itself far away from me!!! One happy mama! I can do this. 189 down to 120 is the plan. 69 pounds to go. I can DO THIS! :)
