Hi. I'm Christine, 42 yrs old from northern Wisconsin. I'm getting married soon! October 12 is coming soon. I have approximately 110 lbs to lose. Long journey ahead of me.
I have noticed big time that since my kids are grown and on their own, I'm not nearly as active as I used to be and the weight is creeping higher and higher. Not a good thing. I've noticed how much more my joints and lower back are hurting 24/7. I want to be able to move and not hurt so much. I'm a CNA and this extra weight makes it harder to do my job.
